He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray Newcomer and Belvia Newcomer (Keeney); and his siblings, Donald Ray Newcomer II, Linda Gale Newcomer, Carol Diane Monroe and Phyllis Marlene Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Newcomer (Maria) and Crystal Collins (Dustin); his siblings, Joyce L. Sheets, Vicki Ruth Kiser, Dale Edward Newcomer, Samuel David Newcomer and Priscilla Dawn Mohamed; his grandchildren, Andria, Kaylynn, Aydin, Brayden and Karah; and his friend Cecil Bontreger.
