With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Horsch of Goshen, Indiana, born in Foosland, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2024 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry L. Horsch and Esther Horsch (Litwiller); and his brothers, Richard Horsch (Jo Ann Becker) and Galen Horsch (Kay Jones). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Emerson; his children, Anthony Horsch (Rhonda Ensz) of Newton, Kansas., Janet Horsch (Janet Stout) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. and Jon Horsch (Maria Rodriguez) of Goshen; his grandchildren, Rachel Andreas (Jason) of Derby, Kansas, Stephan Horsch (Brandy Martinez) of Kansas City, Missouri, Alexander Romeo of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Samantha Horsch and Steven Horsch of Goshen; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Owen Andreas, Nathaniel and Leia Horsch-Martinez; and his sister LuEttta Friesen (Weldon) of Goshen.
