She is survived by: her husband Jack Lee of Goshen; her children, Stephen VanDiepenbos (Lori) of Goshen, Scott VanDiepenbos (Michele) of Bourbon and Sherrie Maslin (Andy) of Garrett; her grandchildren, Courtney, Kaitlyn, Shaylee, Kyle, Katriana, Kaalten, Rebecca and Dante; her great grandchild Remmington; and her brothers, Keith Wortinger (Deborah) and John Wortinger (Donna) of Goshen.
