He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene V. Wells and Gertrude Wells (Taylor); his wife N. Charlotte Woods of Gropp's Famous Fish; his son Duane Wells; and his brothers, Gary and Larry Wells.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Kelly (Rodger) of Syracuse and Pennie Nisley (Lee) of Pagosa Springs, Colorado; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Wells of Goshen. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandson.
