We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2024, at the age of 83, Henry J. Smith Jr. of Goshen, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jay and Ardith Smith (Dial); his siblings, Bobby Jean Smith, Homerly Smith, Lillian Conley (Smith) and Anna Gayle Hartman (Smith); his granddaughter Angela Merica (Prescott); his great grandchild Brenna Merica; and his son-in-law Larry Platz.
He is survived by: his children, April Smith, Randy Smith (Diane), Cynthia Platz, Jerry Wilson (Judy) and Rick Wilson (Dianne); and his grandchildren, Brittany Lowe (Thomas), Morgan Smith (Christy), Michael Prescott (Amanda Raley), Jeremiah Wilson (Mary), Jenelle Brubaker (Jared), Lucas Wilson (Natasha) and Joshua Wilson (Laura). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
