He is survived by: his parents, Gene Spencer and Nova Spencer (Collins) of Valparaiso; his wife Wanda Marie Spencer (Albright); his children, Melissa Spencer of Goshen, Gene Oscar Spencer of Goshen and Sean Nelson Spencer of Goshen; and his sister Nova Christeen Thomson (Elton).
