She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold C. Chamberlin and Florence A. Chamberlin (O'Toole); her husband Patrick Joseph Makousky Sr.; and her siblings, Mary Beth Nelson, Dorothy Jones and Harold Chamberlin.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Diaz, Patrick Makousky Jr., Michael Makousky (Deanna), Jennifer Makousky-Garcia and Laura Kercher (Trevor); and her siblings, Larry Chamberlin (Linda), Bernard Chamberlin (Patty), Helen Petersen (Gary), Earl Chamberlin (Barney), Martha Cloutier (John), Edward Chamberlin (Dawn), Robert Chamberlin, Melissa Adair (Randy) and Margaret Schrader (Thomas). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
