She was predeceased by: her parents, August Eykholt and Lulu Eykholt. She is survived by: her sister Barbara Sanders; her husband Louis "Jim" Schaefer; her daughters, Jenny Datena (Frank) of Elkhart and Carla Schubert (Eric) of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Stacy Postma, Tony Datena (Mia), Maria Schubert, Sarah Kovach (Kevin) and Andrew Schubert (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Madeline Martineau (Bryce), Molly Postma, Ava Datena, Christien Datena and Elise Kovach.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to the "Live A Dream" Program and/or the "Life Enrichment Team" both at Waterford Crossing.
