He was predeceased by: his father David Vanhorn. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Vanhorn (Geyer) of Decatur; his son Colby Vanhorn (Emily) of Decatur; his siblings, Dove Mattaridi (Azwan) of Columbus, OH and Dean Vanhorn (Marlene) of Decatur; his granddaughter Charlotte Vanhorn; and his close friend Tina McBride.
