He was predeceased by: his brother Dan Harris of Wabash; and his father James A. Harris. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Joan Prickett (Crandall) of Wabash; his children, Ammie Harris of Warsaw and James Harris (Jennifer) of Warsaw; his stepchildren, Michael Pennington (Season) of Goshen, Jaidyn Whipple of Goshen and Kori Cook of Flint, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Mercady, Alex, Isaiah, Ilyjah, Isaac, Arianna, Ivahn and Aliya. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
