She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Waggoner and Icy Waggoner (Parson). She is survived by: her husband Albert Leroy Mitchell; her children, Brian Wayne Blackshire (Donna), Patty Zilm (Donald), Albert Mitchell Jr. and Evelyn Mitchell; and her siblings, Ernest Waggoner (Lorenda) of Ohio, Milly Smith of Ohio, Sally Johnson of Ohio and Peggy Pizzer of Ohio. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
