She was predeceased by: her parents, David A. Pepper and Opal V. Pepper (Burson); her husband Stanley Gardner Neff; her siblings, Donna and Merton; and her half-brothers, Dennis, Bruce and Brian.
She is survived by: her children, Jane E. Granger (Daniel) of Granger, Kathy S. Mihojevich (Paul) of Bristol and Michael C. Neff (Lisa) of Goshen; and her half-sisters, Kay and Estella. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one step grandchild, seventeen great-grandchildren, four step great-grandchildren.
