She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marvin Culp and Violet Culp (Martin); her husband Jack L. Heeter; her daughters, Sandra Olinger (Ray) of Glen Allen and Elizabeth Krauser of Goshen; and her siblings, Phyllis Roe of New Paris, JoEllen Benson (Tim) of Hollywood, MD, Delbert Culp (Louetta) of Indianapolis, Dale Culp (Cindy) of Waterford, Donald Culp (Sarah) of Mio and Dennis Culp (Lucinda) of Syracuse. She was also cherished by six grandchildren.
