He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Helbling and Elsie Helbling (Long); his wife Flo; his son Charles Miller; his grandsons, Christopher Miller, Calvin Miller and Ronald PeGan II; and his siblings, Kenneth, Emil Jr., Keith Helbling (Bob) and Donna Patton.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Miller, Holly K. Helbling and Leanne M. PeGan (Ronald); and his sisters, Mary Clippenger and Judy Swihart. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
