She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kauffman (Mike), Kandy Walter (Jim), Keith Berkey (Annette) and Donald Jr. Berkey (Deborah); her grandchildren, Karrie Mathews (Jeff), Tanja Bish (Adam), Jennifer Seiler (Greg), Cory Kauffman (Elizabeth), Anisa Berkey, Christopher Walter (Caroline), Bradley Berkey, Keil Kauffman, Tiffany Klase (Justin) and Kaitlyn Martin (Brandon); and her sister Bonnie Kintigh (William).
