He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Jr. Godfrey and Nancy Godfrey (Thompson); his brothers, Joe Godfrey (Laura), Dan Godfrey (Jenni) and Sam Godfrey (Nadine); his nieces and nephews, Aubrey, Eli, Isaac, Marta, Silas, Deklan, Maeven, Jocelyn, Selah and Elliana; and also Florence Thompson of York, PA..
