He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ball and Sarah Ball; his wife Charmaine Sunderman; his siblings, Paul Edward, Robert Ball and Patricia Pressler; and his son-in-law Ron Freeman.
He is survived by: his children, David K. Ball (Cara), Marie E. Freeman and Rebecca Ball-Miller (Paris); and his grandchildren, Jason Ball (Heidi) and Laura Ball.
Memorials may be given to Camp Alexander Mack or the Arden and Charmaine Ball Scholarship Fund at Manchester University.
