With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Allen Scripter of Goodland, Indiana, born in Rensselaer, Indiana, who passed away on July 4, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clifton Scripter and Carol Louise Prohosky (Jensen); his wife Marcia Bretzinger; his daughter Kimberly Stone; his great grandchild Landon Lovely; and his sister Mary Measaw.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Bretzinger (Mike Auxier) of Goodland and Amanda Hanson (Jimmy) of Rensselaer; his grandchildren, Zachary, Brett, Austin, Toby, Trinity, Jameson, Tristan and Kaleigh; and his siblings, Carey Scripter of Delphi and Susan Hawley of California.
Due to the current pandemic, Michael's family has elected cremation.
