He is survived by: his parents, Lewis Hoaks and Marie Hoaks (Sorenson); his siblings, Sharrina Loftis (Bebe), Carla Bohlinger (Roger) and Kevin Hoaks; his children, Travis, Clinton Hoaks and Jasmine Gardner; and his stepchildren, Morgan and Heath Nevitt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
