He was predeceased by: his father Charles Whitcomb (Loretta Albright); his sister Flossie Moreno-Lazo; and his nephew Jason Hazzard. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Elston; his children, Michelle Howes, Wendy Stone (Andrew Money), Kevin Stone, Katrina Hughes and Mathew; his siblings, Kenny Lee, Christopher Scott, Michael Junior, Peggy Lee Wagner and Edith Marie Hazzard; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Cody, Wyatt, Dalton, Demitri, Ashton, Keeghan, Devin, Emma, Xavier, Sophia and Alexzander.
