He is survived by: his parents, Bradley Flatt, Sr. and Brenda Flatt (Bruce) of Morocco, IN; his wife Heather Flatt of Goodland, IN; his brother Brett Flatt of Morocco, IN; his mother-in-law Cathy Harwood of Watseka, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Clayton Harwood (Jen) of Lake Village, IN, Jeff Harwood of Watseka, IL and Kim Harwood of Watseka, IL.. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
