Ruth E. Starr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2020, at the age of 94, Ruth E. Starr (Glenwood, Indiana), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar M. Starr and Mary McKee Starr; and her brother George W. Starr. She is survived by: her nephews, Bill Starr (Vania) of Columbus, Ind and Richard Starr (Liz) of Arlington; her niece Mary Ellison (Mark) of Chillicothe; her sister-in-law Jeanne Starr of Columbus; and her niece Kim Hickman. She is also survived by eight great-nieces and nephews, one great-great niece.
