He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Tanksley; and his brother-in-law Paul Younts. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Jo Tanksley (Sturgeon); his children, Christopher Tanksley (Jennifer) and Krista Tanksley; his sisters, Kathy L. Younts (Ray Barrows) and Connie Tanksley Lay (Randy); and his grandson Garrett Tanksley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moster Mortuary (334 N Main St, Rushville, IN 46173). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
