He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Dixon and Virgie Dixon (Carmony); his wife Karen S. Richardson; and his sisters, Loretta Kay Hinton and Sandra S. Guffey.
He is survived by: his daughter Brandi Johnson (Brian) of Rushville; his adoptive daughters, Megan Arroyo-Hernandez and Marrissa Dixon; his brother Edward Dixon, Sr. (Linda) of Norco, CA; and his grandchildren, Sam and Sarah Johnson.
