She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold James and Frances Winkler (Adams); her husband Ernest Mays; her son-in-law Terry Brumfield; and her siblings, Boyd Winkler, Paul Winkler, Eugene Winkler, Betty Ruby and Carol Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Brumfield of Glenwood, Barb Knecht (Steve) of Rushville, Michael Ernest Mays of Glenwood and Pam Green of Rushville; and her sister Edna Gilkerson. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
