She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Gale and Elva Grace Humes Lewark; her daughter Monica June Lacy; her sisters, Marcella Johnson and Doris Reader; her granddaughter Stacy Selby Robbins; and her great grandchild Casey Bare.
She is survived by: her husband Richard D. Holmes; her daughter Sharon Kaye Stegner (Doug) of Connersville; her son-in-law Marc Lacy of Rushville; and her grandchildren, Tonia Grounds (David) of Glenwood, Heather Lucas (Larry) of Connersville, Darren Stegner (Angela) of Connersville, Molli Taylor of Connersville and Jody Selby. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette County 4-H Awards, Fayette County Cancer Society, or the donor's favorite charity.
