He was predeceased by: his niece Heather Burgdoerfer; his sister-in-law Debbie Burgdoerfer; and his mother-in-law Junie Groce. He is survived by: his son Richard C. Burgdoerfer of Glenwood; his grandchildren, Blakely Burgdoerfer, Brandon Burgdoerfer, Lauryn Breneman (Zach) and Bo Burgdoerfer; his great grandchildren, Cash Burgdoerfer and Hudsyn Burgdoerfer; his brother Ed Burgdoerfer; his siblings-in-law, Bob Groce and Jenny Groce; his nieces and nephews, Ed Burgdoerfer, Lisa Burgdoerfer-Ailes, Amy Bare, Tim Groce, Jacob Groce and Amanda Gilley (Steve); and his brother Merle Seeley. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
