Spear (Lowes) of Glenwood, IN; his sisters, Sherlin Endicott of Atlanta, IN, Margaret Hestand of Elwood, IN, Georgia Dickerson of Celina, TN, Catherine Craighead of Moss, TN and Linda Brewer (John) of Lafayette, TN; his sister-in-law Alison Conway (Matt Foust) of Carthage, IN.; and his nieces and nephews, David Craighead (Wanee), Joey Craighead (Barb), Sonny Spear (Gina), Michael Bowles (Norma), Liz Garrison, Steve Herron (Brenda), Jeff Herron (Marcie), Linda Netherly (Danny), Walter Hestand (Amber), Corrina Hestand, Laura Tichner (Joe), Bruiser Endicott (Jennifer) and Scott Brewer (Heather).
