She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Spicer; her son Larry Spicer; and her siblings, Elta Zimmerman, Helen Wilson, Wanda Amann, Junior Winstead, Verlon Windstead and Foxie Lee Winstead.
She is survived by: her parents, Kinzie Winstead and Lizzie Winstead (Pittman); her son David Spicer (Cynthia); her daughter-in-law Sharon Spicer; her grandchildren, Eugenia Russelburg (Tim), Christy Spicer, Kimberly Spicer, Brandon Spicer (Sara) and Aaron Spicer (Amy); her great grandchildren, Kody Russelburg, Michaela Williams, Lauran Powell (Kyller), Annie Spicer, Jack Spicer, Adam Spicer, Josiah Spicer, Kyle Spicer, Frankie Spicer, Henry Spicer, Addison VanZant, Allison VanZant and Mason VanZant; her great great grandchildren, Eliana Lynn and Gabriel Lynn; and her siblings, Barbara Mefford, Georgia Kelly, Wayne Winstead (Rose) and Harold Winstead (Barbara). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
