With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Urban Owen Keithley of Georgetown, Indiana, born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenne Keithley I and Margaret Kist Keithley; and his wife Diana Keithley. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aidan Doss, Myles Johnson and Dakota Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, donations are made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
