He is survived by: his grandson Gunner; his son Jeremiah Nealy (Melissa) of New Albany, IN; his stepchildren, Benjamin Perry of Columbus, IN, Isaiah Perry of Georgetown, IN and Andreah Fear of North Vernon, IN; his grandchildren, Devin, Ciara, Ashlan Fear and Kylie Perry; his brothers, Aaron Nealy (Rose) of Depauw, IN and David Nealy of Depauw, IN; his niece Emily; and his nephew Matthew. He is also survived by married the love of his life and twin.
