He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Markland and Rubie Markland (Simpson). He is survived by: his wife Yvonne M. Markland (Combs); his children, Brenda Stumler (Robert), Jeff Markland (Tamara) and Doug Markland (Melanie); and his siblings, Norman Markland (Sandy), Arlene Lindig and Connie McKinley-Goldas (Victor). He is also survived by 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson; 2 great-grandsons.
The family requests that contributions in Roy's memory be made to the Greenville, Indiana Masonic Lodge.
