She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan D. Smith and Addie E. Heinze Smith; her husband Clifford Owen; and her sisters, Dorothy Oakes and Pat Butler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carole Vanover (Donnie) of Georgetown, IN, Debbie Millholland (Larry) of Mifflin, IN, Cindy Youtsey (Tim) of Georgetown, IN and Peggy Wolfe (Brad) of Georgetown, IN; her brother Donald Smith of Georgetown, IN; and her grandchildren, Clifton Gifford (Jennifer), Nick Williams (Emily), Heather Richards (Ryan), Jonathan Vanover, Michael Vanover, Hunter Cambron (Katie), Nicole Youtsey, Mitch Williams (Alex), Shelby Youtsey and Lance Youtsey (Elizabeth). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
