She is survived by: her mother Carol Kays (Wisenbaler); her children, Cheryl Adams (Corey), Chelsey Mattingly (Channing) and Travis Amburgey; her brother Brian Kays (Mandy); and her close friend David A. Uhl. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
