He was predeceased by: his father Vernal Noggle. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Noggle (Morgan); his sons, Logan Noggle of Cayuga and Landen (Mikala Urbanski) of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his brother Steve Noggle (Tina) of Manteno, Illinois; his grandson Luxten Forrest Noggle; his nephew Carter Noggle (Maddie Hall) of Manteno, IL; and his niece Chantel Billman (Sam) of Champaign. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family for the future education of Kevin's grandson, Luxten Forrest Noggle.
