She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perry and Lois Perry (Seip); and her brother John "Mickey" Perry. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Sprouls; her daughter Jane Berry (Joe) of Avon, Indiana; and her grandsons, Caleb and Kyle Berry.
Memorial donations in her honor may be made to the Georgetown United Methodist Church.
