She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Richard Wimsatt and Clara Helen Wimsatt; her son David Tevis; and her siblings, Bob Wimsatt, Janet Thomas, Steve Wimsatt, Esther Fredericks, Donna LaHue and Linda Wimsatt.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Tevis (Angie) and Kathleen Tevis; her grandsons, Cody Tevis (Sarah) and Jacob Tevis; the father of her children Daniel Tevis; and her siblings, Mike Wimsatt (Sue), Sheila Schmidt (Gary), Joan Foster, Rita Wimsatt, Mary Paul (Tim), John Wimsatt (Nancy), Bill Wimsatt (Tammy) and Maureen Pierce (Eric).

Expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Hosparus of Southern Indiana.
