It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack H. Johnson of Georgetown, Indiana, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Hope Yoho. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Perry Andrew Johnson (Kathleen) of Georgetown, Phillip Johnson (Kristen) of Boyle County and David Johnson (Judy) of Madison, Wisconsin; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Gaikowski (Jordan), Hannah Johnson, Matthew Severin Johnson, Cameron Johnson and Alexander Johnson. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several other extended family members and friends.
