He is survived by: his wife Mildred Cook; his children, Cecil A. Cook (Marlene), Charles G. Cook (Kristy), Millie D. Buffa (Joe), Mary E. Armstrong-Friberg (Verne), Amelia R. Nall (Tommy) and Angela D. Sinclair (Shannon McCallister); and his brothers, Larry Perkins and Ricky Perkins. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and a multitude of great and great great grandchildren.
