He is survived by: his wife Earlene Mayfield (Purcell); his children, Denise Buddemeyer (Todd) and Eddie Mayfield (Danelle); and his siblings, Billie Dahl, Gary Mayfield (Susan), Beverly Nash (Roger) and Dee Alstott (Ronnie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
