She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Adams and Ruth Adams (Wheatley). She is survived by: her husband Urbie Keithley; her children, Stacy Doss and Shannon D. Johnson; her siblings, Ron Adams (Carol), Jackie Braun, David Adams and Debbie Adwell; and her grandchildren, Aidan Doss, Myles Johnson and Dakota Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, donations are made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
