He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Oskin Hoffman of Scottsburg, IN; his son Brian Hoffman (Amanda) of Floyds Knobs, IN; his siblings, Daniel Hoffman of Scottsburg, IN and Karen Receveur (Joey) of Greenville, IN; and his grandchildren, Madison, Marshall and Memphis Hoffman.
