He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Oletha and Lamar Jerry Wills; and his siblings, Tommy Wills, Peggy Johnston (Mike), Donna Byas, Norma King and Larry Wills.

He is survived by: his wife Jodie; his daughter Paige Thompson (Steve); his sister Dianna Dyehouse (John); his stepgrandchildren, Daniel and Anieceia; and his pet Scrappy.
