It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Broxton Alan-Dale Farnsley (Georgetown, Indiana), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 19, 2020, at the age of 4, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandmother Janice Hoban. He is survived by: his mother Jessica Farnsley; his siblings, Grayson Farnsley of Georgetown, IN, Gavin Lollar of Corydon, IN and Adeline Farnsley of Georgetown; his grandparents, Robert, Donna Minton of Georgetown, Steve Farnsley of Lanesville and Jeffery Cook of New Albany; and his great-grandparents, Eugene of Corydon, Betsy Pickles of Corydon, David of Corydon, Barbara Mullins of Corydon and Suzanne Minton of Georgetown. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial gifts be made to Norton Children's Hospital Foundation, designated for the Pediatric Care Unit, 234 East Gray Street #450, Louisville, KY 40202.
