She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril "Toots" and Christine Haller; her husband Maurice "Bumps" Hoffman; her son Rex Hoffman; and her siblings, Anna Mae Gosman and James "Doggy" Haller.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Hoffman of New York, Patricia Heath (Douglas) of Weatherford and Jane Burgess (Mikel R.) of Birmingham; and her brother Donald Haller (Janet) of Tell City. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
