She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lemmon and Esther Lemmon (Hickman); her husband Stanley Ferguson; her children, Carroll Dean Lawton, Jr. and Lydia Anne Lawton; her siblings, Ruth Sage, Fern Ott, Frank, Tom Ed, David and Charles Lemmon; and her granddaughter Christine Britton.
She is survived by: her children, Austin Dale Lawton (Kimberly), Wilber Gayle Lawton (Anna), Mark Anthony Lawton and Sheila Barber; and her siblings, Stephen, Leonard Lemmon (Lisa) and Ellen Bishop. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Georgetown Southern Baptist Church, 8585 State Road 64, Georgetown, IN 47122.
