She is survived by: her mother Leamon Shepherd; her husband Kermit Caswell; her children, Tammy Rhoads and Scotty Caswell (Jenna); her grandchildren, John Caswell, Zachary Rhoads (Amber) and Taylor Rhoads; and her siblings, Karen Koufeldt (Bob) and Elbert "Junior" Shepherd (Mary). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
