He was predeceased by: his mother Christene Hofstetter (Smitley); and his stepmother Louise Hofstetter (Snider). He is survived by: his father Robert Hofstetter of Berne, IN; his wife Evelyn "Sue" Hofstetter (Lindsey) of Geneva, IN; and his stepdaughter Mariea Lindsey.
