It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky Markwell of Gaston, Indiana, born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Marvin and Margaret Clarice Markwell (Owen); and his brother Steve Markwell. He is survived by: his significant other Sonja Markwell; his daughters, Amber Privett (Caleb Maddox) and Shoshannah Clifford; his grandchildren, Cayla, Sam, Lexy, Levi, Nathanial, Robert, Adaline and Leo; and his siblings, Sonja Markwell, Bennie Markwell Jr., Johnnie Markwell, Roy Markwell, Ida Markwell, Deborah Markwell, Edward Markwell, Mary Markwell and Shirley McDaniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
