She was predeceased by: her parent Sidney Lambert; and her father-in-law Richard D. Shields. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Shields; her son Dennis Shields (Katie); her grandsons, Aaron Shields (Ellen) and Tyler Shields (Brittani Walker); her siblings, Sue Ann Knott (Bill), Jayne Lambert, Mardell Kuhns and Steve Armstrong (Val); her nephew Joshua Knott (Mary Ann); and her mother-in-law Nelda Shields. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Claudette's family to aid in funeral expenses.
